Whole-Person
Addiction Care

- We also offer support and treatment for cocaine, crack, benzodiazepine, marijuana, and methamphetamine abuse.
- Our philosophy is to provide professional and confidential treatment in a safe and peaceful environment.
- Our goal is to stabilize the patient with medication assistance therapy (MAT) and provide medical support through the recovery process with direct patient care
- Specialty referrals are arranged when and where indicated.
- Coordination with counseling, behavioral therapies, and peer support are crucial during this process.
- Our patients are treated with respect and given the highest quality of care.
- They are always seen by a Board-certified Doctor of Medicine at every medical visit.
- Therefore, we are medically equipped to manage the acute complications that occur from substance abuse and withdrawal including fatigue, hair loss, rashes, weight gain, obesity, bloating, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high sugars, low sugars, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, STDs, vitamin deficiencies, and hormonal imbalances).
- PAMCC will be the backbone in the patient’s journey to starting a new beginning by offering evidence-based medical treatment that is closely monitored by our professional staff.
Substance Abuse and Comorbid Psychiatric Conditions
Many times it is difficult to tease out whether the chemical substances induced the psychiatric illness, or the patient was using the chemical substances to treat a pre-existing psychiatric diagnosis. This is the old chicken before the egg fallacy. Our practice philosophy is that before any type of formal psychiatric diagnosis or treatment plan should be initiated, it is always best for patient to be free of illicit drugs and/or alcohol, medically stabilized first. A good 90 days of sobriety is necessary before full psychiatric assessment and/or commitment to psychiatric treatments for anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder.

Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment that empowers individuals to regain stability, restore their health, and rebuild meaningful lives
